In the last 2 years I\'ve gone from having 0 business experience to starting and scaling a home maintenance business to do over in revenue and serving 406 clients. I built and lead a 6 person door-to-door sales team, scaled our Facebook advertising to a 15x ROAS and managed 13 full-time employees for our production team. Recruiting and managing upwards of 20 people and dealing with over 400 clients in the past two years allowed me to develop my communication, sales, problem-solving, leadership, enrolment and management skills.I have now stepped into a coaching role, where I will continue to run and scale my business to do in 2026, while coaching university students on starting and scaling their very first business.
