As a former competitive dancer, collegiate and professional cheerleader, and a pro card fitness competitor; fitness is more than a hobby, it\'s a true passion. This deep rooted passion for fitness drove me to establish three F45 Training gyms within the Carolinas. This endevor stems from a profoud dedication for promoting health and wellness among local residents. As a business owner, I understand the importance of addressing business concerns firsthand. In a previous life I used to ask business owners what kept them up at night, and try to plug/play fix their problems. Wow, if I knew then what I know now! Now I ask the same quetstion as part of the QUESTCO sales team from a very different perspective. Joining the Questco team, I see the significance of solving business owners\' nightmares from a new perspective, and jumped at the opportunity to join forces with such a nimble and flexible PEO.    As an ambitious entrepreneur driven by a passion for promoting health and wellness through enjoyable exercise and a supportive community, I embarked on a journey to open fitness studios. Joining forces with Mark Wahlberg\'s F45 Training franchise, I embraced the challenge of building the franchises from the ground up in Lake Norman, NC alongside my husband. My role extended far beyond the initial stages, I personally engaged in crucial tasks such as liaising with architects and general contractors, ensuring every detail aligned with your vision.Once the foundations were laid, I transitioned into managing day-to-day operations. With precision and big dreams I oversaw the intricate workings of each location, orchestrating efficient systems, selling memberships, hosting engaging events, and fostering a culture of positivity and motivation. Meanwhile, my husband became an indispensable part of the team, taking charge of employee training and development, meticulously handling budgets, and navigating the myriad of responsibilities that come with business ownership.Together, through lots of tears, grit and determination, tackling challenges head-on and transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth were underway, we were small business owners! I have an unwavering commitment to making exercise not only beneficial but also enjoyable. I hope to inspire countless individuals to embark on their own journeys toward a healthier, happier lifestyle. In the trenches of entrepreneurship,we were finally able to begin outsourcing some of our processes, rest a little better at night, and enjoy the gym as F45ers, athletes, members. One day our children will run our F45s, but for now we will ride the entrepreneur roller coaster, and pray for cash flow, big muscles and healthy hearts!
