Hi there — I’m Jada!I’m a Manager of Organizational Development who turns insight into alignment — and alignment into action. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and performance. I design the systems that shape how our organization listens, grows, and makes decisions: engagement surveys, talent reviews, goal setting, coaching conversations, and the rhythms that keep leaders connected to their people.I’m driven by a simple belief: clarity creates momentum. When leaders know what matters, when teams feel heard, and when feedback turns into direction, organizations move faster and smarter. My role is to make that happen consistently — to turn conversations into strategy, and strategy into growth that sticks.In addition to my OD work, I serve as Co-President of the BOLD Employee Resource Group. In this role, I focus on elevating talent, creating community, and partnering with the business to ensure allyship and inclusion translate into measurable progress.
