As part of Wastequip’s Finance Leadership Development Program, I rotate across key areas of the business to build a well-rounded foundation in finance and accounting. My experience includes exposure to cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis, supporting both corporate and plant-level decision-making.Key Responsibilities: • Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations across multiple business units. • Support cost accounting and inventory analysis, ensuring accuracy of BOMs, standard costs, and usage reporting. • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track spending, analyze variances, and improve cost visibility. • Participate in financial statement reviews and support external audit and tax documentation. • Help identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities within finance workflows.
