Currently I am a building surveyor for Hyde Housing Within my two years at Hyde, I worked alongside contractors and different teams (Disrepair, stock investment and responsive) I have also gained a HNC within construction management whilst working with Hyde. Ensuring residents queries are dealt with promptly and precisely. Lone working in resident’s houses. Carrying out inspections independently/with other staff or contractors. Involvement of other staff’s projects when needed. Producing schedules for works that needed to be carried out on a deadline. Assessing properties defects and remedying the works. Analyzing a problem and dealing with the situation no matter how complex it is. Completing in house training and shadowing.
