ABOUT JAD LAHJOMRI
Growing up as the son of a diplomat meant experiencing the world through many cultures, perspectives, and environments from an early age. Moving across continents exposed me to different ways of thinking, communicating, and understanding the world around us. These experiences shaped my ability to adapt quickly, remain open-minded, and appreciate the diversity of perspectives that influence how people, institutions, and organizations operate.Living in such varied environments also sparked a lasting curiosity about how the world evolves and how organizations shape that evolution. I became particularly interested in understanding how leaders and institutions make decisions, how strategy and innovation influence long-term outcomes, and how organizations navigate complexity in an increasingly interconnected and uncertain world. I am especially drawn to the role organizations can play in addressing challenges, creating opportunities, and ultimately generating a positive and lasting impact.Sports have also played an important role in shaping who I am. Practicing several disciplines at a competitive level taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of collective effort. These experiences continue to guide the way I approach challenges, collaborate with others, and pursue continuous improvement. At my core, I am driven by curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. I enjoy discovering new ideas, exchanging perspectives with people from different backgrounds, and exploring how business, technology, and society interact in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
