ABOUT JAD DAHER

Jad is a compassionate, inspirational and empathetic individual with 10+ years of hands-on experience in the education industry both in the private and public sector. Having worked in different industries internationally has helped him harvest an extensive knowledge of how to innovate in a very dynamic and ever-changing industry. Jad has worked with multicultural teams and on several occasions has demonstrated an inspirational attitude to his students and his subordinates by his eagerness to develop and the collective success of his teams. In addition, Jad is keen on defying the norms of this rather traditional industry by adopting and implementing innovative techniques, the latest technology and a student-centric technique to leverage individuality for collaborative success. More to the point, Jad’s passion for teaching has simplified complex subjects and provided different approaches to address complicated problems and ensure the success of all the parties involved whether it was students, or corporate development teams. Always ensuring to have clear, written out objectives, Jad holds excellent communication skills by assessing each situation thoroughly and tailoring it to his audience’s benefit. Last but not least, Jad outshines when working on his own initiative or as part of a team and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve results and overcome challenges. The vast experience with corporate teams has made him build the link between the educational world as well as the professional world. What has touched Jad the most is working with special need children such as children with autism where it has changed his perspective on education and made him extremely committed to learning and development. Jad is currently looking for new North-American opportunities, where he can assimilate the international experience complemented with his research in Educational Leadership to the demands of any challenging position.
