About Jacy Dang

I am a student at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and a program student of the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, where I am excited to continue developing my entrepreneurial and leadership skills. I am pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance.I currently oversee operations at Venetian Nail Spa Salon at Lantern Lane, gaining hands-on experience in business management, financial oversight, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. Previously, I served as VP of Finance for ABSA, where I managed budgeting, fundraising events, and organizational operations, building skills in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and event coordination.I am passionate about finance, business and market development, management, and networking, and I enjoy building meaningful professional relationships while learning from others. Outside of academics and work, I volunteer with organizations such as the Houston Food Bank, Project C.U.R.E, and within my community.I’m eager to apply my experiences and skills to new opportunities and connections—feel free to reach out!

1. Vice President Finance

   May 2025 — Present

   I lead a team of three directors to organize financial literacy events and fundraisers both on and off campus. I am in charge of managing all financial operations for the organization including: budgeting, reporting, and oversight of the organization’s funds. In addition, I have developed and implemented 4+ new scholarship opportunities for members, contributing to a total of 14 scholarships this semester.
