I’m a people-focused, commercially minded Talent & Learning leader with over 19 years’ experience helping organisations build leadership capability, strengthen succession and improve performance at scale.With a background in Occupational Psychology, I currently lead Talent & Learning for a large, multi-site retail organisation, setting the strategic direction for leadership, learning and talent development. My work spans leadership and management capability, succession and internal mobility, culture and change, and the foundations of learning governance.
