Image Segmentation of mouse bone using Fiji/ImageJ software. Co-author for a project that used lightsheet imaging for a 3D spatial distribution of Sost, a gene that codes for the protein Sclerostin. Currently working on image segmentation for several species of deer mice looking at mechanoadaptation of limbs based on different burrowing behaviors.
