Reporting to MHC’s Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Learning & Workforce Development has organizational influence and responsibility for molding the company\'s talent through strategic learning initiatives. This leadership position focuses on fostering an environment conducive to continuous employee development, growth and capacity building by implementing comprehensive training and development programs. The Director will combine their knowledge of MHC’s mission, values, and vision to develop and manage initiatives that will contribute to the achievement of MHC’s strategic goals as well as Community Education programs as fee for service contributors to MHC’s revenue stream. Within the realm of Human Resources, the Director\'s efforts translate into optimized employee performance, higher retention rates, and the overall growth of the company through well-crafted learning opportunities.
