The power of coaching has weaved throughout my entire life. As a fastball pitcher awarded the \'Academic All American\' at the University of Central Oklahoma, to my MBA at University of British Columbia, coaching has significantly impacted my own professional and personal development. Since then it has been my mission to help others become unstuck and thrive in their profession. Following a career as Project Manager, Instructor, and Manager of Education with SAP Canada, I finally founded my own consulting firm in 2005. In my practice, I align industry knowledge and leadership experience with brain based coaching and neuroscience.I specialize in working with passionate, emerging executives and growth minded frontline and mid-level leaders to develop a clear career plan aimed at personal and professional growth that aligns with their goals and aspirations. Certified in Myers Briggs, I share the tools to measurably improve the performance, communication, relationships and leadership skills of my clients. As co-creator of the FrontLine Leadership Program, my company offers group training as well as one-on-one coaching especially in energy, technology and manufacturing verticals.With an MBA from UBC (University of British Columbia) and trained as one of North America\'s lead instructors for SAP\'s HR academy, my background in high performance team sports offers that added vantage perspective on team dynamics and leadership development.
