I have spent decades working in the project world in many different roles so it really is something I know well and feel strongly about. I have worked in many industries including finance, airlines, pharmaceutical and now government services. I have built teams, led teams and work happily as a team member. I get job satisfaction from the identification and driving through of improvements whether that is delivering a higher quality project or the implementation of a new process.I understand the importance of the identification and management of risks and issues, how to track project budget and spend and how to support Project Managers to follow processes. A successful contracting career taught me how to quickly build strong relationships with stakeholders and how to quickly come up to speed with new organisations and tools.
