Responsibilities• Contribute to the development and delivery of the commercialisation strategy and operating plan to maximise income opportunities.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major Brand clients and their agencies.• Identify, deliver and manage new areas of income generation.• Manage the promotional space bookings process, ensuring that activity enhances the visitor experience in line with Liverpool ONE brand.• Upsell brand immersion & bespoke package opportunities for Liverpool ONE occupiers, particularly for new occupiers to the scheme & third-party brands.• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure commercialisation activity is fully compliant with H&S and is delivered in line with best practise.• Identify and propose event operators to deliver seasonal commercial events, e.g. street trading, Christmas/Summer family attractions and Eurovision• Liaise with Marketing on campaign strategy, highlighting key activations to increase engagement & drive awareness of the Brand Marketing opportunity.
