I’ve spent my career helping people succeed in the insurance industry. I began in 1994 working alongside my father, Robert M. Montgomery, and over the past 30+ years have progressed through frontline sales, commercial insurance, brokerage leadership, and national training roles.My experience spans personal, commercial, group home and auto insurance, multi-branch management, sales leadership, and learning & development. This experience has enabled me to lead teams through growth, organizational change, and measurable performance improvement. I’ve held progressively senior leadership roles, expanding my scope from frontline sales leadership to multi-branch, territory management, and national sales development.Today, as National Sales Leader, Commercial at BrokerLink, I partner with leaders and sales teams across Canada to strengthen sales execution, elevate leadership capability, and build cultures focused on accountability, consistency, and results. I believe strong sales performance is driven by clear expectations, disciplined behaviors, and better conversations.
