I created Stimulating Stone as a place to share my stories and creative collections from my journey in Scotland as a leadership trainer, writer and inspirer of other women. I write poetry and observationalist blog posts and post creative content on Instagram & Facebook.I\'m an aspiring published author and am working on a self-development book that will bring all my learnings together in one place.I host a circle of women on Facebook and pre-COVID I hosted monthly get togethers bringing in guest speakers and facilitated discussion on themed topics in a safe and supportive manner.I regularly assist women with personal or professional challenges using my skills and expertise in a coaching role to facilitate change in their lives.
