ABOUT JACQUI SMALARZ
One of the many things I love is selling! As a former National Account Manager, and as a current Sales Manager, my passion is selling my hotels and creating lasting relationships with my clients. I truly believe that the ability to build solid relationships with clients, and team members as well as guests leads to the success of any hotel, hotel team and the bottom line. As a seasoned Sales Professional, I have worked with Corporate Teams, hotel teams, newly hired Sales Managers/Sales Coordinators, and operations as well. I bring solid experience to the table, and love the opportunity to teach and share my experiences with teams to insure their success and the success of the hotel. I have an incredibly strong work ethic and enjoy sharing the successes of our hotel with the entire team. It takes all departments to make up each hotel team and I firmly believe that a Sales Department will not be successful without the involvement of the hotel team. As much of my career was in Operations, I enjoy working with all of the team members of our hotel in all departments to ensure they are aware of the important role they play in the success of our hotel.
