I have a portfolio career and undertake work through 4 Purpose and as an associate for a number of other organisations.Services include;• I have developed a number of 90 minute workshops on a variety of topics of relevance to employee owned companies • I design and deliver tailored workshops for employee owned companies or other forward thinking organisations wishing to explore new ways of working• I am available to work with your company as an Employee Ownership Coach meeting with leadership and staff on regular basis• I have experience as an Independent Trustee for two employee owned companies and I\'ve recently become Chair of Trustees for another• I can work with you to improve employee engagement and change the culture within your organisation e.g- Support to articulate your vision, mission and values using a cross representative group of employees and then ensure that everyone understands it and is bought into it- Setting up a governance structure which enables employees’ voices to be heard- Setting up an employee forum and provide training and coaching for members of the forum• I am also a trained facilitator in the Art of Hosting and have experience of running sessions using World Café and Open Space Technology
