Vibrant, collaborative, people-focused AML/financial crime senior leader with 17 years bank and credit union experience, the last 12 of which have been targeted to fostering robust bank-wide Bank Secrecy Act compliance, with expertise in investigations, CDD/EDD, OFAC/sanctions, fraud, and associated controls. I currently oversee the Quality Review function, which offers full AML program oversight and is utilized to identify individual/team performance and process/procedure gaps.
