I am managing the agency\'s general operations, leading the PM, HR, and IT teams. Peter Mayer is a regional legacy agency, and I have been leading the team in upgrading its project management software and practices, scoping practices, and scope-tracking systems. These efforts have resulted in a profound improvement in collective visibility into collaborative work, product consistency, and dramatically improved behavior/cost tracking. I have also led our leadership team in implementing an EOS-based management operating system to improve executive accountability and redefine KPI tracking.

A fact about me is that I have never seen a help-wanted sign that I didn’t consider. I love doing good work, working with people, and figuring out how to make everything work better. I have had an outrageous number of jobs. My employment habit was partially a function of necessity (to pay for college) and partially a function of curiosity. I consider all of the years I spent babysitting, working in restaurants, coffee shops, ceramics studios, the YMCA, and the local newspaper every bit as formative as the 15+ years I spent building my career in advertising.I love working at the intersection of business, creativity, and human experience.Some identities that are important to me include first-generation college grad, mother, New Orleanian, CEO, yogi, student, teacher, and suspicious optimist.
