Anvil Arts is Hampshire’s largest performing arts organisation, presenting a wide-ranging programme of music, theatre, comedy and dance. As Deputy Chief Executive, I provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation alongside the Chief Executive. I oversee day-to-day management, contribute to long-term planning, and ensure delivery of artistic, financial, and audience development objectives. My role includes managing operational departments, leading business and financial planning, developing partnerships and stakeholder relationships, and maintaining high standards of customer service. I’m committed to growing income, broadening audiences, and supporting Anvil Arts’ reputation for artistic excellence and community engagement.
