With over 20 years of experience in higher education management and marketing, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives institutional advancement and enrollment growth for Wilmington University. I hold an EdD in Higher Education Management from University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Marketing from Wilmington University. I provide leadership for the coordinated programs of the Offices of University Relations, Marketing, Creative Services, Public Relations, Web Communications, and Student Recruitment. My core competencies include developing and executing integrated marketing and communication plans, building and leading creative and collaborative teams, creating and enhancing the university\'s brand identity and reputation, and driving enrollment growth and student engagement. I strategize with an in-house creative team of talented marketing professionals to implement robust marketing and admissions pipeline communications strategies that have resulted in positive enrollment trends and increased inquiries and applications for our university. I guide the strategic planing process for marketing, prospective student website user experience, multi-channel communication plans, inquiry to application conversion/yield management, and leadership team building. My mission is to advance the vision and values of Wilmington University, and to provide high-quality and affordable education to diverse and aspiring learners.
