An engineering leader with decades of experiences from startup scope to Amazon, highly proficient in scaling both production software systems and the organizations that build them. I lead the creation of sustainable engineering culture & processes as well as sustainable software systems. I work across disciplines to enable engineering to be an efficient and understandable piece of the value delivery chain.There are two tenets that I subscribe to most strongly. One, People will do what we make easy. Therefore, we need to make the right things easier to do and the wrong things harder to do. Aristotle said it best -\"We are what we repeatedly do… therefore excellence is not an act, but a habit.\"And Two, How we do things is as important as what we do. Setting up a sustainable environment where we work together to generate the right outcomes in a way that benefits the business, our stakeholders, the teams and ourselves. This is a career worthy endeavor for us all to devote strong effort and focus to achieve.
