ABOUT JACQUESE STEELE

My name is Jacquese \'Jac\' Steele. I am a Licensed Realtor, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. I am a native of Kalamazoo, MI. I graduated from Michigan State University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theater. The stage is my happy place. Over the years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to open up for amazing artists like E-40, and talented vocalists such as R&B singer Joe and Bobby V, to name a few. I have a warm personality and I am passionate about being of service to others. I have over 10 years of combined experience working with Fortune 100 financial institutions, Insurance companies, government programs, healthcare facilities, and retail stores. These roles have afforded me the opportunity have face to face interactions with clients as well as interactions via multichannel phone systems. These roles have taught me the importance of connecting, active listening, and building rapport with clients to identify potential solutions to assist in the best ways possible. I understand the importance of attention to detail, empathizing, and maintaining a sincere, professional tone with clients in all settings. I have learned to lead with integrity which means, taking the time to truly understand what the client’s needs are, and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure I remain ethical regardless of the situation. These are all qualities and skills I feel would make me a great candidate for any position. Whether it\'s singing, performing, spreading the gospel, or succeeding in the workplace, I have no limitations; I am the vision I want to see!
