Will act as the primary interface and consultant to large enterprise customers by offering network, voice, video conferencing, security, system & storage solutions and hosting innovative and cost effective while ensuring their overall satisfaction. The solutions sales specialist, as part of the business development process, is responsible for defining the customer\'s choice of technology to support priority programs defined by the customer in its medium-term strategy.Key responsibilities:• Act as the primary interface and consultant with clients to convert their business needs in solutions and servicesoffered by Bell;• Analyze and propose technological solutions that meet complex needs.• Responsible for business and technological recommendations• Establish the technological choice of solutions to customer needs: o assessment of business needs; o identification of issues; o feasibility study, including strategic guidance plan design and / or technology; o drafting consultation reports;• Lead, plan and implement the strategy of the customer in terms of technology platforms in the field of ICT.• Assess the current business environment to detect possible business opportunities for Bell and recommend solutions that fit into the medium-term strategy of the customer and IT priorities.• Develop the implementation of ICT infrastructure development plan business based on the needs and IT strategies.• Lead and facilitate the development of guiding principles in architecture to facilitate decision-making in information technology and related investments.• Proceed with the technology watch, analyzing new products telephony, unified communications and video conferencing, industry trends and document recommendations.
