Led the Hilton Honors loyalty programme within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Awarded best loyalty programme in European region by Business Traveller Awards (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022), Frequent Traveller Awards (2019), Head for Points (2019) and FlyerTalk Awards (2019, 2020). Everywoman in Travel Awards nominee (2017, 2018); Led charity partner engagement strategy within Hilton’s Travel with Purpose (ESG) commitee at our UK headquarters (20••••21); Member of Marketing People’s Group (2021), Family Support Group (2023) and served as mentor within Hilton’s Corporate Mentoring Programme (2016-present).
