About Jacquelynn Nelson
I am the CVP Communication Leader for Tracy Galloway, who leads the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations organization at Microsoft. Through strategic communications and the power of storytelling, my goal is to up-level business communications and stories of scale to build connections and alignment to our organization’s vision. Prior to this role, I was a part of the Modern Life, Gaming, and Customer Service organization, where I led communication strategy and executive communications across diverse, global audiences. This role allowed me to connect our team with 8,500+ Delivery Partners, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration to make our customers experience better. During my time as a salon owner, I led a multi-chain market leading salon company. The dedication to our customers led to our recognition as Salon of the Year, and I was humbled to be awarded one of America\'s Most Influential Women Salon Owners by Salon Today Magazine. Outside of my professional achievements, I am also deeply committed to supporting the community. I actively participate in charity functions and local events for Seattle Children\'s Hospital and Special Olympics. I have a passion for learning and working toward my Master’s Degree at Harvard University. When I\'m not working, I love going on adventures with Chad and our three children, Estelle, Charlotte, and Westin. Family time and creating lasting memories are important to me, and I find joy in experiencing new things with them.
