ABOUT JACQUE-LYNNE JOHNSON
My passion is research and innovation, as an academic research scientist I thrived on solving puzzles, trying to understand how things work, how pathways function and how errors or mutations disrupt normal developmental activities. I gravitated towards research commercialization because of the potential impact innovations can have on medicine and the potential for new treatments for patients. I value collaboration and building relationships. Over the last 10 years I’ve enjoyed working with researchers and innovators, making ecosystem connections, developing strategies to protect and commercialize novel technologies, applying my problem solving and project management expertise to successfully manage large project portfolios. In addition to collaborating on innovations, I can be found refereeing two small humans, competing in triathlons, cycling with friends, dreaming of Australia and continuing my search for the perfect glass of red.
