Dr. Allmond is a Senior Engineer in the geotechnical and earthquake engineering practice areas related to dams, levees, landfills, and other critical and lifeline infrastructure facilities. Her project portfolio as a skilled technical leader and project manager includes evaluation of facilities and structures subjected to liquefaction, lateral spread, and other seismic hazards including assessment and mitigation of subsurface liquefiable soils.
