As a child, my mom would describe my personality saying:\"Jackie would talk to a signboard and argue with a stop sign.” Throughout my life, I’ve worked to develop and hone the art of being able to confidently communicate with any person at any given time. A skill I didn’t even realize I was learning in my early days working at a retirement home. From delicate communication in the service industry, to studying internal and external communication in school, to working in a career that allows me to utilize this skill in different ways—I\'ve learned that effective communication is what make any business, leader, or person successful.In a world seemingly filled with more and more gray area, it\'s often easily solved with clearer communication that leads to better understanding for us all.
