Member of Cruise Line International Assc, Travel Agents of Tennessee, Certified Travel Agent, completed my ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification, and enrolled currently in the Master Cruise Counselor Certification program with completion by Dec 2014. Have extensive experience in booking individual travel experiences, and would like to get more involved with corporate travel services. Involved with continued educational processes within the travel industry to stay abreast to the onging changes in this industry through the Travel Agent Institute of Learning. I currenly hold certifcatons via the travel institute for S. AFrica, Kenya, Duabi, Israel,Bahamas,Florida, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago, Europe, Belize, Merxico, US Virgin Island, and several report properties. I have customer sevice, supervisory, and management experience for 35 years in the credit and collection industry, and for the past 6 years expanded to sales for travel services, and Dish Network and Direct TV cable services to consumers for residentual services. Provide Honeymoon and Destinaton Wedding services for the Bahamas, Fiji, Jamaica, an Thailand, and within te USA. My goals are to continue to perfect my sales skills, and increase the revenue margins by a minimum of 15 to 20% profit this year. I would also like to have more visability in the marketplace, by doing more networking, social events, mentoring and working with youth.
