ABOUT JACQUELYN BROUGH

With over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, I am currently the Senior Vice President of Finance at 5AM Ventures, a leading venture capital firm focused on life sciences. I oversee accounting, financial reporting, and investor communications of the firm. I also manage the finance team, and collaborate with the senior management, investors, auditors, and external parties. Some of my achievements include preparing and presenting financial statements and fund performance, implementing and improving accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. I have also contributed to the due diligence, valuation, and fundraising efforts. I am passionate about the life sciences sector, and I am committed to supporting the innovative and impactful companies that 5AM Ventures invests in.
