Jacqueline Vinaccia is a San Diego trial attorney, litigator, and national fee auditor expert, and a partner at Vanst Law LLP. Her practice focuses on business and real estate litigation, general tort liability, insurance litigation and coverage, construction disputes, toxic torts, and municipal litigation. She is also a cannabis lawyer, helping cannabis clients navigate the maze of litigation arising from municipal land use approvals, local, and statewide licensing, tracking, and permitting requirements, and the business disputes arising within the cannabis industry. In January 2019 — over a year before the pandemic changed how people worked— Jacqueline had already made the shift to a virtual law firm. She works remotely and meets her clients where they are, whether that’s at their own place of business or through a Zoom meeting.
