I am a higher education leader specializing in academic success, assessment, and evidence‑based decision‑making. I currently serve as Director of Academic Success in the Office of Academic Affairs & Administration at Walden University, where I lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen learning outcomes, assessment quality, and accreditation readiness across academic programs.I also serve as Editor‑in‑Chief of Higher Learning Research Communications (HLRC), an international, open‑access, SCOPUS‑indexed journal focused on research and best practices in higher education. In this role, I provide editorial leadership for journal strategy, peer‑review quality, and ethical scholarly publishing.My work centers on translating complex data into actionable insights for academic leaders; aligning learning outcomes with national and international frameworks; and supporting continuous improvement at scale. I bring experience spanning K–12 and higher education, with a strong foundation in assessment, curriculum design, faculty partnership, and doctoral education.

Provide editorial leadership for journal vision and strategy; oversee desk review and peer‑review processes; ensure ethical, rigorous, and timely editorial decisions; and collaborate with managing editors, associate editors, and reviewers to advance high‑quality scholarship in higher education.
