About Jacqueline Madison
Jacqueline leads Strategy globally across the Festivals & General Admission line of business at Ticketmaster. Prior to that she led Business Operations & Strategy for Universe, an acquired portfolio company where she played a fundamental role in transitioning the business from acquired startup to profitable division within Ticketmaster. At Universe she also held roles in marketing as an early hire who built out the team and function from the ground up with a focus on developing its growth engine, brand strategy, product marketing & GTM motions. Jacqueline began her career agency side working for a boutique digital firm based in San Francisco that empowered clients such as L’Oréal, Intel & Volkswagen to achieve their business goals through digitally connected experiences (applications, websites, digital campaigns, etc.). She worked alongside senior leaders and partners in various roles across marketing, strategy, account management & business development. She cares deeply about finding the intersection between market opportunities and customer segments to unlock growth and sees technology as a means to solve real world problems. She’s deeply passionate about learning, pushing boundaries, asking ‘why’ & leading teams from vision to execution. In her spare time, you can find her traveling, cooking, reading non-fiction books, on her mountain bike or snowboard (depending on the season) or planning her next backpacking trip.
