Lead integrator for professional development programs available to staff, administrators, and faculty across all Mission Elements at the Unites States Air Force Academy (USAFA). In this role, I lead a process to finalize a calendar of professional development offerings, aligned to organizational objectives, each semester (> 30/year). I also field requests for tailored programs that I deliver for senior leaders and teams (e.g, strategic offsites). Creator of dozens of internal programs and workshops, serving to reduce dependency on external vendors. Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) lead for the Superintendent\'s Leader of Character Certificate program, evaluating all Action Learning Projects in that program and conferring completion of that program. Support USAFA\'s Division I athletes as a sport psychology practitioner. Routinely apply formative and summative assessments in order to inform the leadership and performance programs we offer and process improvements that we make. Create data analytic summaries of our programs each year. Lead for the internal coaching program at USAFA, including the recruitment and oversight of other internal coaches, coaching agreements, and end-of-coaching-engagement surveys. Co-faculty for graduate level coaching course. Frequent contributor to onboarding programs within USAFA and across the Air Force (senior leader onboarding), and presenter at national and international conferences on leadership and character development (e.g, International Leadership Association, National Character and Leadership Symposium, US Coast Guard Academy Leadership Conference).
