A background that gave me a practical, operational lens on how talent is utilized and developed. I understand the business reality of \"getting the work done,\" which allows me to design OD strategies that are not just theoretical, but operational and effective.As a global citizen and former military dependent, my lived experience across continents – including a pivotal work-live summer in Germany – informs my empathetic partnership style. I know firsthand what it takes to adapt to new environments, and I bring that understanding to every organizational transformation initiative I impact.I also hold degrees in Music and the Music Industry. The discipline required to understand the relational dynamics within a musical ensemble is the foundation of how I view organizations today.
