An experienced project manager and trainer, she works as a Project Coordinator and E-learning Content Specialist at ETR, a non-profit organization committed to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity for youth, families, and communities. Her work at ETR falls under the National HIV E-learning Training Center, a project funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to strengthen the Nation\'s HIV prevention workforce. Jacqueline speaks polish fluently having completed a master’s degree in economics, specializing in international trade and business. She began her career as an economist with the Jamaica Transport Authority in Kingston, Jamaica. Jacqueline has worked at ETR since October 2013. As part of the Content Team, the focus is on creating blended learning training programs for the Nation\'s HIV Prevention Workforce. The National HIV E-Learning Training Center is part of the CBA Provider Network that will implement national training (classroom and e-Learning), regional technical assistance, continuous quality improvement, and sustainability for CBO\'s and marketing and administrative support for the CBA Provider Network.
