My work has always centered on one belief: technology creates advantage only when it is aligned with business priorities, culture, and disciplined execution.Today, I serve on the boards of Avaya and CustomerX.i, contributing to governance, technology oversight, and long-term value strategy. As Chair of the Human Resources Committee at Avaya and a member of the Technology Committee, I focus on the interplay between culture, performance, and innovation — because growth is never accidental.As Chief Marketing Officer and SEC-designated officer, I have led global organizations through inflection points — strengthening enterprise positioning, accelerating revenue, and shaping brand narratives that translate complex capability into market confidence.
