ABOUT JACQUELINE WINSTANLEY

I am one of the lucky ones who is able to spend my time doing the thing I am most passionate about within a Portfolio Career and as Founder and CEO of Universal Inclusion, The Inclusive Entrepreneur and Disabled Entrepreneurs Network. A Global Thought Leader and recognised expert in increasing equality of access to life’s opportunities I am co-founder of the Access to Work Collective. I have a comprehensive audit trail in terms of Proof of Concept and outcomes dating back to 1995, influencing changes in Govt policy and developing national guidelines for good practice. I develop and implement solutions to barriers which prevent access to life\'s opportunities, alongside organisational change frameworks and pathways to Inclusive Working Practice.There is no doubt my work to date has changed lives and increased representation. My work is varied and I never know where it will take me - the APPG for Good Work for Disabled People, Westminster, the UN, working as a Virgin Start Up mentor or into the lives and homes of those most affected by social injustice, which makes it more satisfying.My work with The Inclusive Entrepreneur caused quite a stir and its recomendations led to the creation of the All Party Group for Inclusive Entrepreneurship in the Palace of Westminster.
