ABOUT JACQUELINE WEBB-WATSON

Experienced Payroll, HR Systems and HR Support senior manager with a demonstrated history of working on large complex payrolls and strategic team management. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, customers, teams and individuals both within and beyond the organisation. Experience in multiple Payroll Systems, managing Payroll, HR Systems & HR Support teams, Employee Engagement, Training, Recruitment, Projects and Change Management, Budgeting, Employee Benefits, Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Pensions and RTI. Excellent skills in solving complex payroll and HR issues and wide reaching experience of HR/Payroll software including payroll, HR, absence, mobile solutions, employee and manager self service. I have managed relationships with software providers, benefit providers and I have implemented various successful changes to payroll and HR processes, and worked on projects to source new HR/Payroll systems through to deployment. I have obtained a Postgraduate Diploma and two Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Applied Business and Management and Fashion Studies (Culture/Media). I hold a Fellow membership at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and am AgilePM qualified. With strong history of self-development within the Payroll and HR software field, I am currently looking to advance my working portfolio of payroll, systems & HR support management, and am passionate about transforming a Payroll/HR System to its full potential within an organisation.
