Recent - Instructional Designer developing complex, interactive e-learning content for Test & Evaluation (T&E) courses in the Defence industry.Previous - I worked at GS1 UK to help create and develop the Knowledge Hub. My responsibilities included producing e-learning, written technical content, animations and videos, as well as collaborating with the design team to support the build process through feedback and testing.Previous - worked with Phillips Auction House as a Systems Trainer, developing eLearning and training content.Previous - worked with Meta creating eLearning content.Previous - Learning and Development Manager for dentsu X with a passion for high-quality, safe and informed moderation of UGC.I\'m an instructional designer with extensive experience designing learning content for some of the world’s biggest brands. As well as designing and delivering training courses, I also specialise in social media crisis management, teaching social media law, cyber-safety, managing hate speech and employee wellbeing. For 17 years, I was instrumental in supplying best-in-class moderation teams to brands such as BBC, C4, Sony, Virgin Media, xFactor, Activision, BT, Manchester Utd, Sainsbury\'s, ChildLine, Honda, Sue Ryder and the NHS.As a Learning and Development professional, I\'ve been delivering blended learning to remote and in-house teams for over 15 years. I developed a centralised learning hub for staff development and oversaw all training courses and material.I started my social media career at Tempero Ltd. in 2003 as Community Manager, managing large moderation projects and campaigns including the BBC, VirginMedia, Arsenal F.C. and Marks & Spencer. Over the next 10 years, we went from a fledgling start-up to a global brand and were acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2014, rebranding to icuc.social in 2016. I was promoted to Training Manager in 2005, ensuring that our new recruits were ready to hit the ground running. On 1st January 2020, icuc.social rebranded to Dentsu X.I have helped develop policies and wellbeing initiatives to reduce the psychological impact of having to deal with this type of content on a daily basis.
