ABOUT JACQUELINE TRAUTMAN
I am a mechanical engineer working to sustain the wheels and brakes of regional and business jet carrier programs for Collins Aerospace.I engage with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality to maintain and improve our products safety, cost, efficiency, and weight. I also co-lead the Recruit and Pipeline Development Committee for Collins\' Leading Inspired Females in Technology (LIFT) in an effort to make our company one where women can thrive.As a problem solver, I take a holistic view of how things work together to better understand where things might break down.As a result of my work with Collins, I help Raytheon Technologies achieve its goal of innovating an extraordinary future by tackling new challenges with a unique perspective of the company and its potential.On a personal note, I really enjoy getting my hands dirty working under the hoods of cars whenever I get the chance. My favorites to work with are the american classics, particularly my family\'s \'69 Chevelle and \'77 Corvette.
