In my role as Illinois Career Success Manager at America Needs You, I support first-gen students in building meaningful career paths through personalized coaching, resource navigation, and structured programming.I bring a background in project management, workshop design and facilitation, workflow optimization, and case management to help Fellows, Mentor Coaches, and volunteers explore career opportunities and grow professionally.
