Engagement Strategist

Collaboratively developed a multimedia communications program for the Sustainable Seattle (S2) community. Under an intersectional framework, grew S2\'s engagement opportunities to expand on conversations about the most relevant EJ issues in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. Highlights include-Co-building and launching a multimedia communications program with articles, newsletters, digital resource lists, and social media channels-Helping to secure $45k+ in environmental justice and communication grants-Co-creating, launching, and promoting the S2 membership program-Managing a Depave project in Georgetown, replacing cement with over 800 native plants in the ground-Engaging and collaborating with environmental leaders around the Puget Sound. This role required a multiplicity of responsibilities including grant writing, program design, project coordination, sustainability research, website copyediting, and various forms of digital communication and writing. Currently involved as a member of the Interweave freelancer network, where I\'m available to contribute communications and content assets for regenerative projects in the Puget Sound region.
