   My favorite part of what we do at Tschida (pronounced \"cheetah\") Communications is that we are a team made up of brilliant communications professionals who built our careers working in-house for some of the largest companies out there. We have incredible experience and we know how to help you through the challenges you face because we\'ve been in your shoes before.As the Client Services Lead, I sit on the Leadership Team at Tschida Communications and help shape the future of client accounts. I build teams, I define processes, and I set teams up for big wins and client success. I have the honor of leading our account leaders.As an Account Leader myself, I also lead client accounts and our internal teams of communications strategists in drafting scopes, defining goals, setting strategies, and delivering excellent work for clients. Our work covers holistic communications programs, whether that be project work, helping teams through transformation, or day to day corporate communications program management to make sure an organization is delivering the right message at the right time in the right place in alignment with business priorities.Work includes:→ Building a communications function from scratch→ Auditing an existing communications program→ Internal, executive, and external communication strategy and execution→ Change management communications through org or department transformationsI also lead our efforts in giving back 1% in support of survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
