I develop and implement standards and methods for HPLC, ensuring accurate results and data integrity. I prepare HPLC samples, conduct analyses, and interpret the results to assess sample quality. Additionally, I perform cell viability assays, using microscopy to count viable cells. To identify contamination and bacterial types, I conduct Gram staining on yeast and bacteria. I also perform dilutions, prepare LB broth and agar plates, plate samples, and count colony-forming units (CFU) to assess microbial growth and viability.
