About Jacqueline Hardt

I am a driven professional with over ten years of experience in data analytics; econometric analysis and strategic modeling; data management; and team development and leadership. In passionate about using data and insights to drive more equitable and inclusive outcomes for organizations. I lead enterprise wide data analytics to further our DEI initiatives and use test and learn methodologies, advanced modeling and visualizations, and natural language modeling techniques to identify potential sources of inequity and develop data driven solutions. I earned my Ph.D. in Political Science at the University at Buffalo and was formerly a faculty member at Western Carolina University and Bowling Green State University. In addition to my graduate work I was invited to attend the Empirical Implications of Theoretical Models (EITM) Summer Institute and received training in advanced statistical and game-theoretic models, causal inference, and econometrics at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research Summer Program. I specialized in courses on linear models, maximum likelihood estimation, causal inference, and strategic and formal modeling.
