As Guest Experience Supervisor it is my task to ensure each guest\'s satisfaction. Beginning before arrival by identifying special needs and requests; continued during their stay by assigning the rooms and finding solutions for any wish until handling the guests feedback for after their stay. This goes hand in hand with my tasks as duty manager where, as a representative of the senior management the focus is, amongst the guests satisfaction, also the safety and security of every person in our hotel
