Engage in the practice of Administrative Law, Immigration, and Corporate Law. Develop case strategies, oversee preparation, filing and tracking of a full range of matters. Responsible for conducting legal research on various topics, preparing, and reviewing legal memoranda and drafting petitions. Specifically- Gather, review, analyze and compile extensive required documentation to support a wide range of applications/petitions- Conduct legal research and analysis using relevant statutes, regulations, agency guidance and case law to prepare memoranda of law and to assist in the planning and execution of case strategy- Engage in a variety of legal activities relating to trials and appeals in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitrations, before administrative agencies and regulatory authorities, and in virtually every other type of proceeding- Counsel on matters involving international corporate law, contractual matters, and related international business transactions- Involved in critical litigation relating to trade secrets, patents, copyright and trademarks in diverse industries- Prepare and file a wide range of NIV and IV petitions and applications including responsibility for case strategy, drafting forms, preparing supporting letters, affidavits and other required documentation pertaining to: E-2, E-3, O-1A, O-1B, H-1B, H-1B1, TN, L-1A/L-1B, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3, PERM, I-130, I-485, I-140, N-400 and other related petitions/applications- Analyze fluctuations in Immigrant Visa availability and predictions for Visa Bulletin cut-off dates and strategize for any sudden or anticipated retrogression in IV availability- Tracking and take action accordingly for critical case data points such as: I-94 and I-797C ending validity dates for NIV status, EAD/AP expiration dates and the like- Prepare RFE responses, Appeals, Motions to Re-open/Reconsider;
